Custom Website Development: All
custom development is outlined in a proposal.
There are two basic formats for requesting a
proposal for a custom website.
- Site and Process Flow Diagram: If
you have a site flow diagram and a process
flow diagram for the website you need, email
sales@webtransitions.com
and attached the diagrams as PDF files with
a description of the site you
envision.
- Feature List: If you know what you
want your site to accomplish you can simply
list the site sections you wish to include
and a description of each process you want
the site to provide. (An example of a
feature list is below)

Sample Feature List: Title page - with club logo, address, phone and fax numbers. This page
could also list hours of operation for all dining areas and the phone
extension numbers for reservations as well as key staff emails. Should
also list the mission statement, and have a few beautiful pictures of
food & wine.

Listing for upcoming club events....easter buffet, golf tournament, etc.
and Admin's email address to make reservations. This page would have
explanation of each event with color pictures, times, cost, etc.

This page could have info changing monthly featuring different staff
members, pictures, etc.
MENUS
Listings of actual menus to be served on our Thurs nite specials,
tasting menus, special event menus, etc.

Listing Sandwiches and Salad that chg weekly and Admin's email & phone
to submit order.
WHAT'S NEW
A page that could feature any new employees, equipment, renovations
and/or ideas that have recently changed.
CLUB HISTORY
Several paragraphs listing the club's history
GENERAL INFORMATION
Could list privacy clause, info on how to use our voice mail and listing
of employee's extensions, as well as a form to make chgs on a member's
existing information that could be electronically submitted for address,
phone or email changes.
RESERVATIONS
Admin's email address & explanation that this is only a "request" and
must be confirmed to be considered a definite reservation. This page
could also list events and dates with a "request box" beside each to
facilitate reservations.
OFFICERS & DIRECTORS
Listing our board of directors, committees and who serves as well as
contact information for our board.
STAFF
Listing of our employees and their job titles or departments. A listing
of key employees email addresses could be listed also
BYLAWS
A complete printing of our club's constitution and bylaws with the
capability to print and or email the page.
HOUSE RULES
This would list rules and club policies that would be helpful to new
members and for referral to existing members.
DUES & PROPOSAL INFO
Dues prices and list of procedures necessary to enter into membership
ALPHA LISTING
An alphabetical listing of all members and their
category...Resident...Legacy, etc.
MEMBER LIST
Complete info on all members such as name, wife's name, address,
home & work phone, fax and email.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Club could list job descriptions of current openings with hours,
expectations, etc.
Could provide an online application and ability to attach a resume and
submit all electronically.
